About You

You already possess the strength, intelligence, and drive you need to build the life of your dreams. Still, you might need a little help to get over a hump or through a life transition to that next phase.

Maybe you're considering a career change, or a relationship change. Maybe you feel deep down that there's more inside you that you want to share with the world and you're not sure how to let it out. Or, maybe you've already got a project underway, and you need someone to help you bring it to completion.

With someone to really "see" you, someone to hear you truly, someone to recognize and reflect back to you the immense gifts you carry inside, someone who feels a genuine privilege in witnessing your growth, you know you've got this. And I do too.

Our work

We'll work in a kind, curious, intelligent, and playful way. Together, we’ll identify, hone, and harness your unique strengths, core values, and beliefs with a clarity you may not have experienced before.

When you become clear, life becomes much simpler. It’s easier to see what fits and what doesn’t, and it’s easier to live as your natural best self, to cut through the noise of the world to find and listen to your own heart.

I don't promise overnight results. Lasting change is slow and incremental. It takes time to build and change strong habits. What I offer is a steadfast companion and guide to boldly face the beauty and the challenges of the process of making meaningful change.

Working sustainably, we'll build skills that last a lifetime. Sometimes we'll add more, sometimes we'll recognize and celebrate the many gifts you already possess. People thrive when they find a clear sense of self, purpose, and place in the world, and together we can help you do just this.

About Me

Hi, my name is Tyler Sinclair. I bring a wealth of experience to my

coaching, earned through a rich and full life of forging my own path,

continually asking "what if?," and daring to do the things that scare

me.

Professionally, I've done a lot. I bring years of experience as a Master's

level psychotherapist to my coaching, which adds rigor and a deep

understanding of human nature. I've also spent time as a teacher,

theater director, restaurateur, entrepreneur, and teambuilding workshop leader. I've worked for tiny startups and multinational corporations, in small towns and major cities, free clinics and elite boardrooms. I've helped CEOs with multiple homes around the world, and unhoused people with nothing but a backpack to their name.

Personally, I've had my fair share of trials and tragedies. Through it all, I've grown. Through sustained practice and study, I've found and honed tools to provide resilience, strength, and hope. I've developed a sincere belief that we can overcome anything, and that the best is always yet to come.

A single thread runs through it all: I care for and connect deeply with others, earn trust, and inspire meaningful, positive steps forward as individuals, teams, and organizations.

As your coach, my promise to you is to meet you with kindness, integrity, and a reverence for the process of making this the fullest life possible, a life you can look back on with pride to say, "I made the most of that one."
